About Me

As an “Army brat,” and through my own military service, I have lived all over the Country. That perspective allowed me to wisely become a Montanan “by choice,” where I married, attended law school, raised 2 daughters, and practiced business and constitutional law for over 25 years (15 of which have been here in the Gallatin Valley). Through my career I have represented farmers, ranchers, individuals, main street businesses, and multinational corporations from across Montana and the U.S. I was also Counsel to Governor Stan Stephens from 1989 to 1992 when my service required an intimate knowledge of the Montana Legislature.

I was raised with conservative values, and as a student of world history, I am convinced that liberty and limited government is the only successful path to general prosperity. I would bring such experience, values, and beliefs to Helena to effectively serve the people of Senate District 35.
